Full-arch rehabilitation with dental implants is an increasingly common treatment
for edentulous and soon-to-be edentulous patients. As more clinicians provide
this therapy, understanding potential complications becomes essential. This
presentation reviews early and late implant-related complications, including those
associated with technical complications and mechanical failures. Attendees will
gain insight into recognizing, preventing, and managing complications, while
understanding the importance of informed consent and realistic expectations
before treatment begins.
